Care Tips:

• Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth to remove dust.

• Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, or extreme humidity.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat.

• Apply a natural leather conditioner occasionally to keep the leather supple (optional).

• Expect natural marks and slight color changes over time, this is part of the genuine leather’s unique story and aging process.

Faux Leather

Our high-quality faux leather provides a durable and animal-friendly alternative with a refined finish.
Care Tips:

• Clean using a soft cloth dampened with water and mild soap.

• Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners.

• Do not soak or expose to prolonged moisture.

• Store flat or upright to avoid creases or warping.

• Use a lint roller or soft brush to remove surface dust.

• Spot clean gently using a damp cloth with mild detergent.

• Do not rub harshly or machine wash.

• Avoid water exposure for fabric with natural dyes, as colors may fade or bleed.

• Let dry in shade if dampened — avoid direct sun or heat.

Ornaments & Details

Tamashee sandals may feature metal ornaments or decorative elements that add to the design story.
Care Tips:

• Wipe ornaments with a soft microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints or dust.

• Avoid perfume, alcohol sprays, or lotions near the ornamented areas.

• Store in original packaging or separate compartments to avoid scratches.

• If the ornament becomes loose, avoid wearing the sandal and contact us for assistance.

General Tips

• Always allow your footwear to air out between wears.

• For long-term storage, keep your Tamashee in its original dust bag and box.

• If your product gets wet, pat dry immediately and allow to air dry naturally.

• To care for and refresh the leather, we recommend the following:
  1.Clean gently. Wipe the leather with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and surface residue. Avoid soaking the leather or using harsh cleaners.
  2.Condition and nourish. Apply a neutral or color-matching leather cream or balm (not oil). This helps rehydrate the leather, even out the color, and reduce the appearance of fading. Always test on a small hidden area first.
  3.Buff lightly. Once the cream is absorbed, gently buff with a soft cloth to bring back a natural finish.
  4.Protect moving forward. If desired, a light leather protector spray can be used to help reduce future fading, especially with frequent outdoor wear.
  We recommend avoiding direct heat, prolonged sun exposure when not in use, and water contact, as these can accelerate fading.
