DURING THE WORKSHOP:
- Short introduction of Ancient Art, Arabic languages and Musnad script of the Arabian Peninsula
- Show reference of Ancient Art images and it’s different purposes of illustration and creating words using Musnad script with reference to Ancient samples
- Executing contemporary techniques to create contemporary patterns relevant to the participant
- Working on stone or camel leather to execute the design
- We will be showing expression over different time periods in the form of art and in the form of words. We believe that expression is a form of freedom in which one releases inner emotion
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- Choose either Stone Sheet or Camel leather (to work on and take home)
- Materials to create the patterns and designs
- Tamashee bracelete
- Tamashee booklet that presents an encompassing summary of its research on the topic and sheds light specifically on the elements used for its designs.
