You can only pay for your purchases with a credit or charge card: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®. Tabby®, MADA Card®, Discover® and China Union Pay®. You should enter your credit card or charge card number, its expiry date and its card verification number on the relevant page. Payments via Paypal® and Apple Pay® are accepted.

  • Once payment is processed you will receive a confirmation from Telr, Tabby or Tamara our payment gateways.
  • Once payment is confirmed you will receive an email from Tamashee’s team with your order confirmation.

International Credit Cards

We accept international credit cards; however, when placing your order, you must enter the international billing address that is linked to your credit card.

    United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Tamashee controls this site from the U.A.E. and makes no representation that this website is appropriate for use in other locations.

  2. Governing Law
    Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  3. Accepted Payment Methods
    Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) will be accepted for payment.

  4. Pricing and Currency
    The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same as the amount printed on the transaction receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

  5. Trade Restrictions
    We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries.

  6. Record Keeping
    The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and all relevant Tamashee policies and rules, available at https://tamashee.com.

Payment Confirmation

Once a transaction has been completed successfully, customers will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of payment.
This confirmation will include the order number, transaction amount, and product details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy & Conditions

  1. Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase.

  2. Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  3. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed depending on your bank’s policies.

  4. For made-to-order or customized products, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun.

Tamashee reserves the right to modify product prices or descriptions without prior notice.
We do not accept payments or process orders originating from the following countries:
