DELIVERY SCHEDULE

 

Important Information 

  • Orders shipment is processed during working hours on weekdays, Monday–Friday.
  • You will receive a tracking link by email once the shipment is picked up by the chosen courier.
  • All orders containing Fragrance are eligible for shipment worldwide.
  • Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer and verify your billing and shipping addresses.
  • Orders can only be shipped to the customer shipping address.
  • To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping details are correct.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any amendments to the address or your order.
  • International shipments outside GCC, the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
  • We offer worldwide delivery wherever there are no restrictions for items originating from the UAE.
  • Any order received during the weekend or holidays will be responded to next working day
  • These are approximate delivery times. Kindly note delivery times can be sooner or later depending on many factors inducing our logistic partner and customs
  • Delivery days may change depending on stock availability in main facility in Dubai for quality check before shipment, our team will contact you for updates
  • We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, except Saturdays and Sundays and UAE Public Holidays.

 

ON DEMAND DELIVERY

For all Standard and Express orders, you can manage your delivery via the DHL Express On Demand Delivery tool available on the DHL website. Shortly after shipment of your order, you will receive a notification by email/SMS from DHL with your waybill number (tracking reference). This will include a link to On Demand Delivery (ODD). DHL offers the flexibility to amend your delivery whilst your order is in transit using this tool. Through the link, you will be able to access and customize your delivery based on the options listed below:

  • Schedule Your Delivery: for when you may not be in to receive your delivery, a new delivery date can be selected up to 7 calendar days following the originally scheduled date.
  • Vacation On Hold: for times you may be away, a new delivery date can be scheduled, up to 30 calendar days. In destinations where applicable, you can also choose an approximate timeframe to receive your delivery.
  • Collection from a DHL Service Point: if it’s more convenient, for destinations enabled with this service, you can collect your order from a DHL Service Point/Parcel Locker. DHL will show you the nearest Service Points available, so you can select which one is best for you. They’ll then contact you to let you know when your order is ready to collect, along with how long you have to pick up your delivery. To collect your parcel from a DHL Service Point, you’ll need to bring with you two forms of ID:
    • A photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving license)
    • Your email/SMS notification from DHL

 

PRE-ORDER

A Pre-order item(s) is an item(s) that has not yet arrived in our warehouse but can be purchased and reserved in advance of their arrival. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, we will notify you with your shipment tracking number and expected date of delivery. Delivery items are dependent on our logistic partner in your country of origin.

 

 

PRE-ORDER SHIP DATE

An item on pre-order has an estimated ship date. This date has the potential to change if the stock shipment encounters delays on the way to our warehouse. In the event that your shipment is delayed for any reason, our customer care team will let you know by email.
