Payment Received

You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Tabby, MADA, Discover and China Union Pay. Payments via PayPal and Apple Pay are accepted.

• Once payment is processed you will receive a confirmation from Telr, Tabby or Tamara.
• Once payment is confirmed you will receive an email from Tamashee with your order confirmation.

Secure Payment

All transactions on Tamashee.com are secure. The padlock symbol and https indicate a secure setting. Never consider internet data transmission 100% secure.

International Credit Cards

We accept international credit cards. Enter the international billing address linked to your card.

Terms & Conditions

• United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
• Purchases and disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted.
• The displayed price and currency at checkout will match the transaction receipt.
• We will not trade with OFAC and sanctioned countries.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account information confidential.

Privacy Policy

• Credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to third parties.
• Tamashee will not pass debit/credit card details to third parties.

Payment Confirmation

After a successful transaction you will receive an email confirmation with the order number, amount, and product details. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, contact customer@tamashee.com.

Cancellation & Refund

• Customers can cancel within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds go back to the same payment method.
• Allow up to 45 days for the refund to complete.
• Made-to-order or customized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

All prices are in AED and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We do not accept payments from Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen.
